The Difference between Annuals and Perennials
Annuals are plants that complete their life cycle within one growing season. They grow, flower, produce seeds, and then die all within a year. Perennials, on the other hand, are plants that live for more than two years, often regrowing each spring from the same roots. Perennials typically have a shorter blooming period compared to annuals but return year after year. One key difference between annuals and perennials is their longevity, with annuals needing replanting each year while perennials provide lasting beauty in the garden.
